Don't hope for the sky - Mother share will likely settle at 0.55 is what one would realistically estimate depending on the Warrant price. That said, 160mil warrants (convertible to shares) will add to existing valuation, hence a perceived dilution. But one would prefer to look at why Systech is raising such funds - which hopefully is in preparation for what is coming in its projects.

As expected, it's going for 0.68, Support will be at 0.60. Breaking 0.68, will put it in strong position to chart new highs.

@VIJAY99, Not exactly fantastic QR but will do. They are heading in the right direction and the investor sentiment seem solid behind this acquisition and banking status. Share is fairly priced although very much discounted compared with the big boys. But then, here we have a new kid on the block with customer base and experience that will make them a full-fledged institution to be reckoned with.

Good company with 25% float. Less interference by minorities while company is gaining foothold in a competitive field. Trust it will be growing soon into the league of bigger financial institutions

Traditionally well known for its good rates on home financing, now with bank status, it will have bigger pie to choose from. If it maintains the standards it has set for home financing, then there is much potential in its stock going about RM1 - all the other banks are above this already.

Look at the recent appointments to understand the market confidence. One from EPF, one from CIMB, and so forth. It is headed by people of experience leading top banks and EPF. This should be a good start for MBSB to shed its image as a building cooperative and play with the big boys. At this price, it's a good deal

This stock is going back to reclaim its Dec 7, 2022, high of 80.5. Charts are positive, price way above the cloud with strong buyer support. Anticipation of profitability of flour prices in near future, it should chart new high in next two weeks.

Many people seem to forget that this has moved into the big leagues of banking institutions from its last life as a cooperative and development financing institution. If dividends are acceptable as evidence of good management, then this one, at 10%, is an unpolished jewel. Looking at its charts, it has been steadily climbing from 0.60s to 0.80s now, with bulk of buying at the lower end of the rise because the investors would have heard of where it is heading. How high can it go? Take all the banking institutions and average the ratio profitability and dividends and you can roughly figure out.
