2. After LA converted to mother share expired in 2018, mores shares in the market which will diluted the earnings.

Their property development for Damansara Foresta start has 4 phases which has GDV in excess of 2 billion, the project can run from 8 to 10 years. the phase 1 is 20% completed with close to 90% of the 928 units have been taken up in 2013. Then the Elements @ Ampang expected completed in 2014 which is 2nd quarter. well, L&G has suffered terrible losses during financial crisis back in 2007, then change management. Low Gay teck only join as MD in YE 2008.Then company start to make money in YE 2009.

Hmm, if can buy cheap, can keep. but I don't know how cheap it can go. Market very bad now :( But i study the annual report, the fundamental is good though.

L&G has performed poorly in YE 2007 while its price surged up to RM9 and go all the way down to RM1. The company start to recover in YE 2009, after change of the management which focus more on property development.

well, it is expected two projects to be completed in the Q3 2014 which is Sri Damansara and Sungai Jernih.

The company is cash rich and low debts gearing, too bad no dividend declared.
