The company is supporting the price at 91sen above it seems, they dont simply over sell the price. I realized that by this, the company is testing the market + confidence of the buyers. Well absorbed selling by the company means that it has good prospects and people are keen to buy now at 91sen+. Its a good sign!

Why u guys like to personally attack mr OTB? if u dont like him, just avoid talking to him. Its not good to despise people or talking bad on others. I am not a supporter of anyone here, but this is logic. I think all religions prohibit its followers from talking bad or despise others. the company had previously bought the shares at cheaper price, now selling back to the market at a higher price. The profits will be reflected in the next quartely report --> good news.

Bad news is thatm, the amount of shares in the market will be increased, which means more ppl will hold it.

Thanks Icon888 for ur good and detailed write up on OSK Prop. No doubt that it is fundamentally strong with good investment back up.

One point that worries me is that Ong Leong Huat is holding a substantial stake in it together with PJDev. What if he decides to privatise/ merge both entities under one roof? Then the price of both shares may be lower ( no doubt that NTA for OSK Prop rm1.71 and PJDev rm2.12).
