We have slashed our forecast for FY12, FY13 and FY14 by 25%, 22.4% and 16.2% respectively after inputting higher cost of production by 10% and lower CPO forecasts of RM2,820/mt, RM2,750/mt and RM2,850/mt for FY12, FY13 and FY14 respectively. Tiger Synergy Bhd's board of directors will convene a meeting by end of this month to discuss steps to be taken in respect of the letter and the notice received from Hayat Maya Sdn Bhd and Syawaras Sdn Bhd.
"It's difficult to call for a meeting now because some of the board members are overseas on holiday," Tiger Synergy Executive Director Shirley Tan Lee Chin told a media briefing today. Tan said the company has also engaged lawyers to advise the board on the matter.
