Newbies, the share Consolidation in Oct 2023 from 1sen x 10 adjusted to 10sen, now traded at 18sen, a gain of 80%. The trend now is not PP, ESOS, RI etc, it is BI of FREE warrants.

Free warrants sound so good coz it is FREE
Lucky we got free air and water from Nature.
Other than these, not many things created by man are free for others.

Free warrants will definitely benefit big boys holding big chuck of the shares to receive big chunk of free warrants to control and goreng.
Free warrants might eventually be released into market for retailers to hold until expiry date without any returns when exercise price exceeded share price
If free warrants are converted into shares, retailers will have their small equity % further diluted. Same goes to the EPS if any

Good narrative. Posting at i3 is also FREE. What is this BI of FREE warrants ‘if’ converted?
Unlike PP and RI which pay first, BI is paid later ‘if’ the ‘conditions’ are met..nothing to lose.
Recent JAG BI of FREE warrants is a very good example of what happens to these FREE warrants; it is not FREE at all.
The highest price of JAG is around MYR0.4 (graphically BI adjusted 0.335) before BI drops to MYR0.28. The price dropped further to lowest MYR0.245 after the ex price.

As shown, the FREE warrants are actually not FREE for those holding at the highest price (actually there are two BI, 1 for 5 and 3 for 5).
