So Uems no longer cheap any more

Tsh pared down its debts from Rm1.46 billions to only Rm77 mil

Plus Tsh lands in ikn nusantara is still at around Rm5k book value

Johor Spore Rts is Rm10 bil

Ikn Nusantara capex is Rm200 Billions

Now if we have "EYES" Chun Chun to "SEE" Bplant will reach Rm1.57 one fine day wouldn't we have bought even more.
But this we only know on hindsight.

Why then did we recommend Bplant?

The Answer was due to its deeply undervalue assets. Tok Mat later call them "Planting trees on a goldmine land"

Now opportunity comes knocking again in TSH
