Agree with Alex just be on your toes ........ remember Ranhill or Keywest........ con by Indonesians claiming there is oil ........ limit up and crashing down ..... a lot got caught. If claim of finding oil with 85% success rate the the oil giant Exxon , Shell or even Petronas will pay billions to get a hold of the technology.Just drilling a well cost millions and only less than 5 percent is feasible for extraction.
