Yes the only way to gain investors and bankers confident is to kick out the culprit (karim) and his con-man gang out of Serba. This is management issue. I believe if those culprit out from serba, definately the share will up.

If lose money, just be honest and report it in the annual report, and propose the business plan to improve the revenue. Don't need to falsifying the account. Look at other stock like Careplus or Poh Kong, they buy back their stock and it shown that they are confident on their business. He's either not honest to repay loan defaults repayment to bankers or try to cheat again...this guy (karim) is hopeless. The best place for him now is Jail.

Karim think he is still kids, cheating (falsifying) is ok and can be forgiven. He never think how many victim into his scandal. He should go to jail. If in Hong Kong or Singapore, he (Karim) already in jail makan nasi kari free of charge.

Bankers are doing business and not charity. Which bankers so brainless will accept repayment scheme from con-man Karim and his con-man gang. If Malaysia gov bail up serba-dick, the gov is brainless. Serba-dick is different from Sapura Energy, where Serba-dick falsifying account to cheat investors and Sapura Energy just having huge lost not falsifying account. Loss and gain in business is normal especially during covid pandemic.
