Good news for WE, the sale of Gamuda|s 4 high ways is postponed to 29th Feb next year, meaning no special div for mother shares which affects WE price.Now WE is only 11 sen from conversion price of Rm 4.05. Better grab before it booms.

The price of Johotin was about 50 sen in 2015, now it is Rm1.83. In early Jan this year the price was 96 sen only. The growth of this counter is not slow but steady, especially this year. Being a consumer stock,involving F& B its profit would not soar like technology counters over night, but steady growth is expected like the growth in population. The expansion plan in Maxico has accelerated the growth of the company and this is a blue chip in the making,as time will show this..Let us hope this counter will achieve the price of F&N or Dutch Lady one day. TA target price Rm4.26, Affin HUang TP Rm4.30 for Gamuda. Mother share price is Rm3.90 today, WE price is 25 sen now. Leverage is about 15 times. Conversion price is RM4.05, so 4.05+25=4.30. When mother share price reach Rm4.30, price increase in WE will follow the mother share increase, assume 0% premium in warrant price, If Gamuda price return to Rm5.10,before GE on 8th May 2018, that is 80sen increase , then the gain for WE is 15x80 sen=1200 sen or RM12. Is it attractive enough to buy WE now? Invest at your own risk.

Good to have learn a lesson not to give a low TP for TSH, not like that as for Huayang 's case, TP lower than Market price.

Fixing a very low TP for Huayang, much lower than the market price indicates poor judgement of the house which leads to lost of confidence from investers about the research.

K research house refuse to accept the fact that it has made a wrong judgement for Huayang TP. Just forget about its poor job done.

Price not moving fast enough because many are worried about its high gearing ratio. Well, it has to engage with more capital to launch more projects, may be a right issue with free warrents could resolve this problem this year.

Usually there are 4 waves of major upward push in a bull run monitor by big time player or so call 'Banker' if they really play a counter. Don't believe me in full, this is only my opinion.

From the year's chart, it seems that the 1st wave up trend started from .49 to .94 from 2.5.13 till 12.6 13 then consolidated within 76 to 99 sen until 21.3.14 and the first wave had moved up 92%. The 2nd wave of upward trend started from 86 sen on 21. 3.14 till yesterday's closing at 1.12 price which is only 30% up, assuming that 2nd wave also moves 90% up, then the target expected price should reach 1.60 then. SO, keep holding for better gains later. Note that the weaker holder or nervous investers had already been filtered out recently. Good luck.
