I kind of agree in this regard, but don't forget OBM when sell to dealers, still will be priced not as good as distributor, i would think if sell direct to healthcare, they will have better margin... maybe 50% direct healthcare and 50% to dealer... becoz u can't take away dealers... they are also your customers that front the consumers etc....
