Even though Genetec is only manufacturing parts and devices to cater for EV vehicles not directly involved in EV vehicles manufacturing, it also has generated fantastic profits .

What's more if the Sunsuria IAT Automobile China joined venture project comes into fruition, it will not only manufacture EV vehicles but could be also possible to manufacture the spare parts and devices in order to reduce cost and to speed up the productions processes as IAT could have the expertise to do so in order to stay competitive.

Once Sunsuria being converted to EV player, it would be different altogether.

Sunsuria city would become an EV vehicle centre with EV vehicles of new design to suit our nation's preference. Most probably the prices of EV vehicles in this case would be cheaper and more affordable without compromising to the designs which could be more popular than other models.

Once the project came into fruition, it would no longer be remained as a property developer but a diversified group joint venture company.

EV vehicles topic becomes so hot now.

Could it become the main THEME of this year and beyond ?

In fact, a joint venture company was set up sometimes in 2021 between Sunsuria and IAT Automobile China . The name of the company was registered as Sunsuria IAT (M) Sdn Bhd. It so happened that there was a serious outbreak of COVID 19 Pandemic .

Could it be that the project was postponed due to COVID 19 ???

Could it be possible that the project to be started this year ???

Talking about toxic pollutions in solar, it is not a matter of our concerns. As long as the installations and disposals of solars are done by the qualified experts/professionals, for example SUNVIEW, it should be safe.

Even WHO (World Health Organization) have not raised the questions about the hazardous effects of solars .

Mind you your hand -phones contain far more toxic elements such as Mercury, Lead , Cadmium and other chemicals. Then you might as well don't use hand-phone.

Actually Malaysian Market has over-reacted to the U.S. market.

U. S. Bank such as SVB (Silicon Valley Bank) is too large to be properly under control. The U. S. government is slacking in the banking sectors by emphasizing too much on technological advancements and tactical warfares.

However, our banks in Malaysia are "tightly" monitored and controlled by tha Bank Negara Malaysia ( Central Bank of Malaysia). So, we have the peace of mind regarding our banking systems.

Market will be back to normal sooner or later.

I have full confidence in SUNVIEW, the "triple s" solid ,sunrise, sunshine stock.

I feel that it is an honor for SUNVIEW to be selected as an investment with a stake of 15.59% by BASIL POWER SDN BHD which indirectly belongs to the Ministry of Finance.

BASIL POWER SDN BHD was incorporated on 05-10-2020.

The word "power" implies either electrical energy or solar energy or both.

If BASIL POWER were to venture into solar energy as well , then SUNVIEW might have an opportunity to join venture together.

Let's pick the following few companies to which we are more familiar with:

The above four companies have been doing exceptionally well for so many years.

There are many other GLCs doing quite well but I can't illustrate one by one !
