Brother Eagle95, that was days trading...profit at 2.5 cents for so many lots is good enough for 1 days. Yesterday was my good 1 day's earnings. Today, I will monitor to fight another day,hee, hee, hee.

BTW, BIMB had gone up much from $1.85.cents to now.....so it may stay stagnant for a period before moving up again.....this is my presumption and it may be the other way around too by going up as quarter's report is good.

Take the case of E&O, though is make about 284% extra for the last period, it's been sleeping yesterday......so in a market anything is possible & as I make very good profit for 1 single day, why not take the profit first & then fight another day!!

UOA DEVELOPMENT BHD CONFIDENT OF POSITIVE GROWTH IN 2012 WITH STRONG SALES FOR FIRST QUARTER
Kuala Lumpur, 29 May 2012 - UOA Development Bhd (“UOA” or “UOA发展有限公司”) today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2012.
For the quarter under review, UOA recorded a slight quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth of 1.6% in revenue at RM148.1 million, and a pre-tax profit of RM62.5 million.
Profit after tax and minority interests (PATAMI) was lower at RM41.0 million compared to the prior-year figure. This was due to the absence of fair value gain in the quarter under review in comparison to the corresponding quarter of 2011.
UOA maintains a strong balance sheet position with cash and equivalent of RM166.6 million as at 31 March 2012, which together with the low gearing ratio, allows for potential future land acquisition and development.
During the quarter, The Vertical Office Suites @ Bangsar South and Le Yuan Residence in Happy Garden were launched with positive response. This has contributed to the first quarter’s new sales of RM443.7 million with a rise in total unbilled sales of RM722.6 million.
UOA expects to commence sales of its development projects such as Desa II, Kiara IV and Subang Land in the second half of 2012. Together with the launches for the first quarter, the estimated total Gross Development Value (GDV) for its development projects in 2012 amounts to RM1.5 billion.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, UOA expects to record a stronger growth in new sales for FY2012.

Report for the last 3 month of Smartag had been out....just a tiny loss of less than 1/2 cent per share.....to be exact it's 0.18 cents, hee, hee, hee

I presume this loss is due to the high expenditure & cost in the testing of Smartag trial run with the Customs Department as according to the previous agreement all expense related to the TRIAL RUN will be borne by Smartag including manpower, equipment, transportation charges,etc, etc

However NTA still stands at 19 cents ....no drop, so we are still safe.

Come another 3 to 6 months we will see EPS 30 cents, hee, hee, hee.....yes lah hopefully, haa haa haa

Watch out means watch it going higher.

Should be going up soon....remember 31st May 2012 the QT report will be out.

Last Friday, someone is pushing down the price to collect before the goreng? Remember the DRB 4Q for 2011 will be announced on 31st May 2012...yes, just 3 days from now.....good positive results & profits as well & also a dividend will be given too.

Remember that JCY started to be push down from $1.18 cents to $1.07 & then after the syndicates had collected enough, the goreng started to reach a high of $1.50.....same scenario here DRBHicom as the goreng may start soon, maybe as early as today ?

Big fund managers like EPF, WSP, Tabung Haji & OCBC bank are buying in & collecting, so what say you?

Yes, brother Eagle95 , Smartag will shoot ...it's only a matter of time. People last year had been buying at 32+ cents & are still holding it for about 1 year now in anticipation of the start of the RFID services on containers. Last year Smartag was only on a FREE pilot testing with the Customs Department for a period of 6 months & still people buy.... the REAL THING is happening NOW & money will be rolling in & are the people so foolish as not to add more to their portfolio?
