The Board of Directors of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BKCB”) is pleased to announce that the Land Transport & Authority, Singapore has awarded the letters of award dated 26 March 2012 to Samsung C&T Corporation - Bintai Kindenko Pte. Ltd. JV, an unincorporated joint venture partner to perform the following works in respect of the C973D, 975D of Downtown Line Stage 3 project in Singapore (“Project”):

(i) Supply and Installation of Electrical Services for contract value of SGD78,295,739; and
(ii) Supply and Installation of Tunnel Ventilation and Environmental Control Systems for contract value of SGD87,937,964.

(collectively referred to as “Contracts”)

The unincorporated joint venture comprises Samsung C&T Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea (“Samsung”) and Bintai Kindenko Pte Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore (“BKPL”) where the percentage of interest participation of Samsung – BKPL is 60:40 respectively. BKPL is a 69.82% owned subsidiary of BKCB. The unincorporated joint venture is formed for the purpose of preparing and submitting tender, securing award and if awarded, execution of contract and performance of works in relation to the Project.

The Contracts are due for completion by 30 December 2016.

The Contracts are not expected to have any material financial effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of BKCB for the financial year ending 31 March 2012. However it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of BKCB Group.

Risk factors affecting the Contracts include and not more than the standard and customary contract risks in Singapore.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BKCB or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Contracts.

DJI is presume to rise to 1500 & bulls all throughout the year too says well-known Wall Street strategist Byron Wien says. Hopefully Malaysia ikut sama sama too. Today are we to see further rise further knowing fully well that BIMB had the full support of EPF buying continuously every day......are we to presume something must be up otherwise EPF should have sold most of it's earlier buying already but it had not done so...wonder why too now that BIMB price had reach around $2.40

Bull Market to Continue Rest of Year says Byron Wien...

The bull market in stocks will continue the rest of the year despite the outsized gains already in the first quarter as more equity "disbelievers" are converted, the economy improves and more companies follow Apple's lead in paying a dividend, well-known Wall Street strategist Byron Wien says.

Byron says this too..."Estimates have been trimmed somewhat, but, at this point, I still think 1500 is likely." ...and the DJI had only cross the 1300 line just a few weeks back.


So maybe it will spread to our Bursa before the General Elections is announced?

If it's so, then almost all counters will rise & hopefully the time has come for UOADEV to show it's true worth with moving up to CIMB TP of $1.74 cents ++ & above...let's all hope for the best to come for this good solid fundamental counter.

So far a rise of 10 cents & most people take profit already but I see that there's more future for UOADEV.

I think the big guys had already bought a few days earlier & yesterday too in very big lots. Remember EPF had been buying when I first ask you all to buy at around $1.85++....so what's up?

Brother LOOII3 , TA securities have a TP of 51 cents for us all but if it can reach 43 to 45 cents is good enough as the given TP is for 1 year. Sometimes your TP is reachable with a very short period & sometimes you have to hold much longer to reach your TP......if big sharks goreng kuat kuat, then very chepat it sampai your TP, hee, hee, hee.

Please keep in mind too that if you feel that you have make enough profit, then do take profit & there's no need to wait till your TP sampai, hee, hee, hee.

However, please keep in mind that is the authorities approve Amedia move to the main board by the 3rd quarter of 2012, then we can perhaps reach a higher TP because by then Amedia can easily access more bank funds & also fund managers had have it in their portfolios.

to the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
Pursuant to the profit requirements for the listing on the Main Market of Bursa Securities
as set in the Equity Guidelines issued by the Securities Commission (“SC”), a
corporation which is listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities may seek a transfer
listing to the Main Market of Bursa Securities if it meets the profit requirement of
uninterrupted profit of three (3) to five (5) full financial years, with an aggregate profit
after tax (“PAT”) of at least RM20 million and a PAT for the most recent financial year
of at least RM6 million.
AMEDIA and its subsidiary companies (“AMEDIA Group”) has achieved an aggregate
audited consolidated PAT of approximately RM28.65 million over the past three (3)
financial years ended (“FYE”) 31 December 2009 to 2011, and an audited consolidated
PAT of RM15.01 million in respect of the most recent FYE 31 December 2011. As such,
the Company has met the uninterrupted profit track record requirement for the transfer
listing to the Main Market of Bursa Securities. The profit track record of the AMEDIA
