Yes, brother investor77, quite a number of good counters had gone down indeed because of the weak & bad market. Good counters are not spared either too as traders appears uncertain & prefer to cut loss instead of holding. We just had to hold until the 10 cents dividend is announced & then it may shoot....just be patient please.

Wonder too why with the excellent Financial Results of year end net profit 384.806 million , still people don't appreciate the value of UOADEV? If it had been E&O, SPSetia or others in the same pack, the price will shoot.In fact UOADEV net profit of $384 is much higher than SPSetia too.

 Prices broke below its downtrend channel support yesterday. There is a good chance that prices could accelerate lower from here.
 Technical landscape is still in consolidation mode, making the fall in prices more likely.
 Prices could ease towards RM1.10 and RM1.00 next as long as prices stay below RM1.26. A breakout above RM1.26 would shift the odds in favour of the bulls, targeting RM1.37 and RM1.45 next.

This BIMB counter I to had recommended at a certain forum when it was at $1.20 to $1.30 last year & nobody seems interested because of it not making enough profit & undergoing internal reorganization & they even brought an ex Deputy Governor of Bank Negara to be the Chairman of Bank Islam including bringing a top & very experience senior banker from Public Bank ....then BIMB went to $1.50+ and everybody buys & it's a yoyo from then and everybody started pointing their fingers like here too & foul words keep coming out of their mouths just like here at i3investor...sarcastic flows freely too..OMG.

But I advice them to hold on & wait until $2.50 as I believed that the Government will never allow Bank Islam to go "underwater"....so BIMB then really shoots & it went to as high as $2.47 & everyone of my friends who have faith & hold for a certain period makes plenty of money then.

BTW, please ask around who monkeyking [that's me] is!! & I can bravely say that I am the early "pioneers" who ask everyone to buy BIMB back then.

Could be a possibility that most kakis had watch the European market & panic run when it opens in RED but I do feel BIMB is still a good fundamental counter.

Yes,once it pass $2.40, we are definately in for more better upswing...so be patient my friends as you have already seen Takaful shoot sky high....so BIMB will ikut sama sama, just a matter to time I presume.

For those who are into son CB, please be aware that you got a little more than 1 month to hold or play knowing fully well as it approaches the expiry date, the value will become less & less laku...take heed my friends.

UOA Development (UOAD MK; RM1.48) – BUY
FY13P/E: 5.3x, P/BV: 1.0x
 UOA has been stuck in a sideways band since hitting a low of RM1.16 in September last year. This sideways movement appears to have formed a triangle pattern.
 MACD is just flat above the zero line while its RSI is holding above the 40pts mark. Both are at neutral level but above their respective support levels.
 Any more rallied into the said resistance band is a chance to sell. Aggressive traders may choose to go long here with a stop placed below RM1.42. Anything below would signal that the longer term bear trend has resumed. A breakout above RM1.52 would push prices to retest the RM1.56 and even the RM1.74 levels next.

More to come that's for sure...see the Takaful counter for any indications.

UOADEV is actually a money making company...solid I should say but why it's price never seem to move further up I cannot understand. A undervalue counter that's for sure. Actually it's profit margin for every project is about 60% which is the highest than the rest of the pack...moreover strong buyback too.

Just be patient & maybe BIMB follows the Takaful trail keeping in mind that big brother EPF is still buying as to the indication below...

Everyone should be happy now for those who bought early & wait for the quarter report & the dividend too.

Between 3.13pm & 3.43pm, about 5000 lots change hands at $2.25. I presume these are the T+3 lots & they just change hands by paying the brokers fees. Today this kaki presume the goreng will come with reference to the big rise of Takaful price these last 2 days....maybe we may see something positive to come next week perhaps?...just wondering!!

Brother WWH33, looks like someone is throwing big or is it just changing hands by paying the brokers fees but you will notice that someone is sapuing big too around 4.29pm onwards today. Last 2 days back almost the same thing happen.

From the 2 days upswing trading at Takaful, I think that we are to see more of BIMB perhaps maybe next week keeping in mind that BIMB owns more than 65% of Takaful. Normally since last year we see that pattern that once Takaful rises, so does BIMB & vice verse but now it's not happening...wonder why too? Maybe someone's collecting now & goreng late rperhaps...so keep your fingers crossed....correct me if I am wrong please.

BTW, I am still holding lots of BIMB since I bought plenty around $1.85++ a few months back when I first introduce you all of BIMB before the 4th Quarter Report...just hoping to see that Maybank TP $2.55 dream comes true.

Brother Jake in which information you are thinking...the consolidation or the NTA & everything else?

Yes, an undervalue counter with NTA of 92 cents, not too good EPS at 0,85 cents & PE stands at 23.Indicators readings are beginning to improve, supporting the view that the consolidation may be over.

Any one interested..first resistance at 23 cents & then to 28 cents hopefully.

by the way Takaful perform today, I think BIMB will move up too today....just saw people wallop in very large units of BIMB..so stay my friends.
