RSI high doesn't always mean a bad thing. But yeah, lower would give impression that is good value la. But if a stock with low RSI with a downward trend you dare to buy or not? :p
For me high RSI no worry, coz trend still looking very positive and likely to stay that way. So those looking at RSI to buy just want that comfort feeling that they are buying at good value. That's how I look at it. But yeah, those not comfortable now can join us later. :D

@Unidentify I'd leave it to the experts and hope they will bring an end to the pandemic as soon as possible. No point second guessing them. There is a reason for protocols that they follow to ensure that there are safeguards. Benefits overweight risks when deciding to approve any vaccine.
