The DEAL is including HSR..................Basically is telling PM to honor his year 2014's promise ...when 1MDB scandal is at the peak....

Fair statement from Dr.HO....I worked in China company before and learned a lot from China boss (very well connected). China financial and banking system are in BIG shit now.... Most of the so called BIG companies in China are overly geared (mostly in USD, due to much lower interest rate). When FED is increasing interest rate and USD is expected to appreciate further, China borrowers are rushing to redeem or restructure their borrowing, thus causing heavy capital outflow in China.... Pretty sure, NON GEOPOLITICAL strategic investment will no go through the China Monetary authority...

PSA just bought Opel in Europe, I doubt they still got enough financial strength and “keen” to acquire Proton that need fresh capital injection...
