To greatman9, pls go read stone explanation, personally, i agree wt he said. btw, is a good company to invest. i mean for long term. Base on FA calculation, the share price should worth at least RM 2 and above.

Reply Superb99, i strongly agree, i kena b4 also, think deeply, is GST make big impact to VS? to me, i dont think so. VS fundamental is very solid, and more potential project coming in. No need dispute with them, we just hold it. Good news coming soon. Just let them sell it cheap. BTW, i am still collecting.

To yungshen1; 诚实的说，我的回复会比较倾向于技术分析，因为比较擅长，很多时候都会从TA角度出发去思考。基本面分析还在学习阶段。

说回来，i dunno much abt knm but from TA view - have to look at the volume. It is a not good sign when vol is low. Even the parabolic signal show a BUY sign.

After my half an hours analyze of KNM:
My personal advice, Hold on. But final judgement is yours.

To Taugeh: For Reit company, base on my personal view, you have to compare the dividend yield of Reit with government bond interest. Also lots of thing have to consider, eg: inflation,,revenue, profit, etc

From T.A side of view; I can see that Reit is not doing well. Downtrend.

To me, i wont consider reit bcoz i will get a better return from others.
