黄金选股法则，PER 低过10,目前为止是7.50,低过每股净资产$0.74,股价$0.475，ROE 股本回报率8%,高于最低要求的5%，手上的现金，完全相同于负债。
最重要的是，放眼基建股，同等级别的股票，那里还有低于$0.50？更何况是有A牌的土著承包商还可以纵横东西马两地。
所以大家安静买入就好，保持低调。

晶圓代工龍頭台積電證實，28 日上午將由董事長張忠謀領軍，帶領含財務副總何麗梅在內的 7 人小組與在中國與南京市政府簽約，正式為台積電在中國的首座 12 吋晶圓廠鋪路。據中國官方媒體新華社的報導，台積電首座 12 吋廠落腳南京，中國國務院根據第四號文的規定，給予最高級別「五免五減半」（5 年免稅，5 年減半徵稅）的優惠條件，使台積電能快速於南京量產。

我再重复一次，商场上做生不如做熟。
Frontkn手上过亿元的现金，最好的选择是买入自己公司的股票，
目前frontkn的每股NTA高达$0.26,市价只有$0.17,不用火箭科技计算机，我们就知道这是最好的方法。
买入自家股票，开可以马上减少Frontkn 高达10亿的股票数量，也可以推升每股赚利EPS,又因为买入的股价又低于NTA,马上又会反过来增加公司价值。
一举多得，何乐而不为？
好过把钱丢进莫名其妙的O&G.

Since the NTA stood above $0.26,the company should use the Free Cash flows to buy back more shares in the open market slowly.Rather than pay peanut dividends to shareholders.
This should immediately enhance the company value.

30 millions is the costing * margin interest 4.75% / 12 months= $120k montly interest
Assume everything unchanged, they holding opportunity cost is $120k monthly.Quch!

在我看来，手上的现金，最好是拿来回购股票，以及扩大台湾地区的半导体业务，趁大家面对业绩下滑时刻，加大规模，成功TSMC专门的服务及保修平台。
