That is y at the begining i told everyone to give up kps and concentrate at puncak. Better offer to splash will only cause kdeb to pay more. The best way is give slpash free to kdeb.

Kps will loss rm600++ million but kdeb won't loss any cents, instead it will gain. Shareholders r the one who need to pay the price
