Puncak wont conclude the deal, it prefer the federal take control, as he will get the water tarrif, debt in billion from selangor and also fund to repair all pipes and also upgrade the water treatments. At the same time, it will get a stable monthly income, without making any loss. After 3 years, it will get back his company in a a better and stronger condition. There is no reason to sell the company except ... Good offer

The problem now is whether it will get top up from federal or not? If yes, the news should slowly reflect in the price... The deal will happen next month but until now we see nothing happen. High possibility that it wont get top up from what i heard from inside

Kps falls from 2.49 to 1.55 and puncak from 3.61 to 3.01 today. Is already a good proof

Furthermore Puncak and gamuda have a good link with federal, but for Kps? Kali wont care because KDEB is buying its own company. NO effect to them at all. Just only the other shareholders will have to pay the cost.

Anything will happen..... May be Kps will get the 0.25 chance.. But risk is very high if compared to puncak and gamuda

Probability to get top up from federal is small- Assume 50/50 there is a top from federal and 50/50 the seller who already accept the offer will get top up, which mean KPS has only 0.25 chance to get top up from federal if compared to Puncak (0.5) and Gamuda (0.5)

Only received RM0.32 cash from the deal..... too silly

So better think twice before buying this stock...

Kps is a risky investment but puncak should not have any worry. That is why kps keeps falling but puncak hold strong

They totally don know how to manage the company, Sold jaks at loss, Sold Taliwork at loss, Sold khsb at loss(If the land revalue- it worths 2.00- from insider, everything was hided by kali), Sold splash at loss tooo. What kind of business they r running? Charity

Net cash received by puncak is 3.80 and Gamuda is only RM0.05
