Consider the nature os business - mainly oem for shoes, it is incredible they can lose so much money. Think is just accounting tricks, since forex gain so much might as well take this opportunity to balance out the book. Anyway nobody can effectively question them on the losses.

Good thing about this company is they never ask u for money (no rights issue) and the balance sheet always strong. But the price will only up when the says is time to up! Who knows when ?

Something like that. They value the rights issue on par at 0.50 (market only 0.31 but nta >rm1), so if u want buy u pay half 0.25, company give u other half. If u think not worth, u can sell rights offer to market or Taiko will buy up all remaining

Is half bad half good news! Half of the rights share is capitalised from company share premium - so is like half rights issue half bonus issue.
Could turn out to be good for share price - pay half the price for a full share (half paid by company via premium share)!
