BIMB Securities Research said foreign funds had been selling down consistently over the last four trading days totalling RM361mil and it does not expect this selling to relent.

“To reflect our pessimism, foreign funds had been on the selling mode in November and for this month thus far, a total of RM2.6bil had taken flight.

“We believe the market to consolidate as foreign selling may continue indefinitely with 1,785 as the next support level,” said BIMB Research.
