I compare the SUMA stock with TH Heavy! TH Heavy when uplift from PN17 the stock did not move much as the company did not have a lot project in hand and when Quek family in then only the price of the counter reach the current stage!

For SUMA, project already in hand and influencial ppl already on the boat, i would say the price will shoot up when the announcement of the application of the uplift is made!

Chin Aik, you have to take into consideration of the impact of uplift of the PN17, the fund managers will look beyond the performance of 2014 and to pay a premium to buy the shares which have tremendous growth opportunity, i think if for long term investors they willing to pay as in the long run they will reap the reward when the price shoot more than RM1 or they will view this is a potential blue chip stock!

Chin Aik, your TP is based on the profit that Suma is going to make in 2014 with PE of around 20! In share market, Suma is consider as growth stock and if it is a growth stock they are willing to buy at a higher price!

Please also take note of our PM brother is in the same boat with us and the impact of him is still ??! I however seen the impact of PM son in the Harvest! So to reach 0.8 is possible!

ESOS for CD, is obtain the approval for future issue of shares to him and the existing price will not be affected by this!

The existing price is being controlled mainly because of the private placement to "SOMEONE"! The submission is on the 29 Jan 2014 and if i am not mistaken someone told me that normally the maximum period to exercise the PP is 2 months from the date of approval! Let assume Bursa very efficient and get it on the first week of Feb so they will get until early April for the exercise and after that that is no reason for the price control!

The key point is when is the Bursa approval date!!

Just sharing my 2 cents analysis!
