Lose King, if Mahsing shoot up to RM 1.80, those who hold warrant and convert it definitely will earn.

My calculation is based on units, 1000 lots conversion amount is RM 144000

If Mahsing price didn't shoot up to RM 1.44 by 06.03.2018, forgot the conversion!

Tronx, money burn and officially become toilet paper.

In order for you to convert, Mahsing price must shoot up to RM 1.44 on 06.03.2018. The last day
for conversion.

Will miracle happen?

Leong, the problem is you not able to convert at this price unless MahSing shoot up to RM 1.44. Even MahSing shoot up to RM 1.44, if you holding thousand lots of WB, do you have sufficient money to convert it ?

Example:
10,000 WB requires RM 14,400 amount to convert to mother
100,000 WB requires RM 144,000 amount to convert to mother

Pray and wait for miracle happen......

God bless you!

Still believing AirAsia can deliver in 2017.
There are reasons why it cost sky high in 1Q 2017.
If the cost can managed well, it will be fantastic year for Airasia.

Just imagine Vietjet trading at RM 23.8 with forward PE 8x, Airasia is much bigger than Vietjet and it only traded at RM 3.08 with forward PE 4x.

Kuala Lumpur, April 12 2017 – GHL Systems Berhad’s (“GHL”) wholly owned
subsidiary, GHL CardPay Sdn Bhd (“GHL CardPay”), a leading player in the payment
space in the region today announced an acquiring license agreement with
Mastercard that will help GHL to offer electronic payment services and enhance card
acceptance infrastructure for Mastercard products and solutions. The agreement will
benefit many small scale Malaysian merchants and sole proprietors that represent a
rapidly-growing but underserved segment.
By providing a simplified online registration process, the initiative looks to encourage
many of the approximately 500,000 Tier 4 smaller merchants (Defined as having a
turnover of <RM12 million p.a.) to utilise simple, safe and smart e-payment offerings.
Instead of accepting cash, these merchants can now go digital and address
consumers’ evolving payment and shopping needs. Consumers who shop at these
merchants will now be able to make easy and swift payments using any Mastercard
card be it prepaid, debit or credit card.
“The association with GHL underscores Mastercard’s commitment to continually
develop more innovative products and solutions and accelerate card acceptance
amongst Malaysia’s business community especially, smaller players that have great
potential to grow and scale when equipped with e-payments capabilities. Epayments
come with benefits that will be valuable to smaller merchants as it will
provide a platform for them to move away from cash dependence and digitise
operations to offer simple, safe, smart propositions for their consumers. Cashless is the new way to pay in today’s world and with Malaysia aspiring to be a cashless
society, the initiative will allow us to contribute to Malaysia’s e-payments agenda,”
said Perry Ong, Country Manager, Malaysia and Brunei, Mastercard.
GHL’s strategy will be to scale upwards and increase card payments acceptance in all
the countries in which it operates including Malaysia. This is congruent with Bank
Negara’s push for a quicker migration to e-payments and goal of achieving 800,000
acceptance points by 2020.
Upon successful completion of the merchant registration process, GHL will provide
merchants with mobile Point-of-Sale (mPOS) terminals to enable them to readily
accept e-payments. While, systems integration work will be completed towards the
end of the year, GHL expects that thousands of stores will stand to benefit by end-
2018. These include but not limited to; coffee places, restaurants, convenience
stores as well as sole proprietors such as electricians, plumbers and other household
service providers. GHL will be able to offer an e-payment solution to everyone that
needs it.
“We are delighted to partner with Mastercard and hope to leverage on each other’s
strengths and advantages to continue to grow our presence in Malaysia and in
ASEAN. Malaysia has an enormous small merchant segment that remains untapped
for card payments. We intend to tap into that segment using an entirely
differentiated underwriting and sign-up process. As for the larger merchant
segments, we will continue to work synergistically with Banks as we have done for
years,” said Danny Leong, Group CEO of GHL Systems Berhad.

ES Ceramics Aims To Double Capex To RM10m Next Year

ES Ceramics Technology Bhd’s drive to increase automation will see it double its capital expenditure (capex) to RM10 million in the first-half of 2017 from RM5 million in 2015.

CEO Wong Fook Lin said the automation investment will help achieve better consistency and quality leading towards better growth in revenue.

“Automation is a long-term project, whereby we will only see returns after two to three years. It is also a way to reduce labour costs,” Wong told reporters at a media briefing in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, last Friday.

Wong said the automation initiative began in 2015 and is expected to see returns in about three years time, as the handformers manufacturer’s business is targeted at a niche market and involves highly technical matters.

“If things work out well within the next four to five months, the quantum might be more than we anticipate but I don’t have the exact figure. I think it might double because we have to multiply more units,” he added.

The fluctuation in the exchange rate and high labour supply costs are two challenges that the company is facing and management is working on ways to manoeuvre around the situation to minimise the impact.

“The labour supply is very tight due to the rising cost of minimum wage and other compounded factors,” he added.

Wong said when most of the company’s production processes are automated, there will be a strong possibility that ES Ceramics will be able to pass on the cost savings to its customers.

He believes if the company is able to develop a more efficient product, this would boost the brand’s reliability.

Currently, ES Ceramics has two production lines located in Ipoh, Perak — producing an average of 100,000 units of products monthly — and another operation house in Thailand, which produces an average of 130,000 to 160,000 products per month.

The company sells its handformers to rubber glove makers in the country (used in the manufacture of hand gloves) and exports to countries such as Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, South Africa, Brazil, Canada and Europe.

ES Ceramics posted a net profit of RM2 million, or one sen a share, for the first-quarter ended Aug 31, 2016 on a revenue of RM8.3 million, its exchange filing last Friday noted.

The figures were slightly higher than the RM1.5 million net profit and RM6.7 million revenue it made for the same period last year.

The company also pointed out that the higher numbers for the current quarter were due to cost improvements in its operation performance.
