Back to $1....***rubs hands GLEEfully***!😋 Feels GOOOooooOOOD to have ZERO shares after getting stuck 5,300 from 2015 - 2024 then averaging down relentlessly to save the original $10k, taking huge risk using the margin account & getting a HUGE PAYBACK after a yr+ of paying margin interest: TOTALLY worth the wait to sell from $1.01 all the way UP to $1.60!

After stalking for many weeks, I finally bought PPHB @ 83.5c this morning...after many years of not owning it.

Hooray!!! My paper loss narrowed from $426 to only $124 currently!👍

So many nice-looking statistics, BUT inferior price action, like that of a speculative strictly-for-trading-only stock! Conversely, my Jasa Kita, with supposedly ZERO business, can return 53% in capital gains & a further 32% in dividend yield for those lucky enough to be holding at 14c like me...😆

OMG ! I just saw it after not looking for many weeks coz I assumed that it would drift back down to 16c & stay there! 48 lots averaged at 17.524c...holding, holding, HOLDING!!! 100% WIN record guaranteed!!! 🤗

Could be another brown-skinned co. prone to mismanagement like FGV was...only good at taking on huge debt & destroying shareholder value...🤢 Maybe months down the road, they will attempt to bail out that Sondakh crook like what Felda did...

I already exited not long after the ex-divvy date @ $2.77. Waiting for long slow drift down closer to $2.

Although on hindsight it was jumping the gun a little too early, no one did dollar-cost averaging 38X like me to bring my cost down from $3.2 to $1.1888. Even with 3 decades behind me, there is still much to learn about timing & execution & that's what makes markets exciting & satisfying to extract $ from because every participant is hustling furiously to earn from other participants.

Finally below my original cost price again...let's hope it doesn't tumble back to last year's $2.40 again. But maybe there's a better than 50-50 chance of re-testing $3.

Regret not just biting the bullet & selling all my remainder shares @ $1.20 this morning. Ahh...at least I have the consolation of having already earned $4.6k with only $8,611 left invested here, down from $35,841 as recently as 3 weeks ago. Planning to sit on the trust monies once the sales proceeds come in, as loooooooooong as possible, to earn as much interest from the darned IBs which give misleading recommendations to newbies!

I have SOLD another batch @ 1.20 this morning, bringing my stake down to 7,243 shares, the lowest since the end of 2021. Looks to me more & more like this correction could be more drawn out than I initially anticipated...

If you're prepared to hold it another 5-10 yrs, you should be OK, perhaps even earning >100% eventually. However, I decide to get off this ship as there's a significant risk of it falling back towards $3, after experiencing all the crazy highs & lows of the past 3 yrs.

Drifting, water torture-style... DOWN to $1.10😏

A 10.86% ROI in less than 3 years based on my detailed records. Adequate & more importantly, NO LOSS!😃

It was enough of an ordeal failing to RUN @ $7 on a Dec 1st '21 surge to re-coup my capital & having to go through the gut-wrenching experience of watching it drop to the $1.50 level just a few months later, I'm surprised I had the courage to buy big to bring my average down from $6.70 to $3.556. Oh, now I remember: it was for the last dividend before a dry spell from '23 till last year!

I will sleep far sounder holding Subaru, Kyocera & ROHM in Japan than Hartalega & even PChem!

If I waited till now, my old '21-'22 shares already virtually ZERO profit & have to play the long waiting game again!

But as it turned out, with my final exit from Harta @ $3.97, I garnered a modest $169.79 net capital gain & $617.06 in dividends.

At least I didn't let my paper profits vanish completely, by taking profit for 3 consecutive days after notifying my subscribers that it has given a dreaded sell signal at the $1.33 resistance of Apr 2022. Left with 40.9% of my 3-year-accumulated shares that earned $2,602 in dividends.


Today reluctantly let go of more shares @ 1.22 & 1.23 because it threatened my avg cost of $1.1888, bringing my stake down to below 10k, the lowest since Jun 6th 2022 & less than 1/3 of my peak holding in Dec '24. Gotta take defensive measures & turn on a dime in fickle markets!


Will look for a more opportune time to increase my stake slowly back to half of my peak closer to the bonus date...As the Terminator says: " I'll be back!"

Fundamentals are promising as the mkt is looking fwd to 2025 & 2026 but too many cooks spoil the broth, as the saying goes. Anyway be charitable & let the SHORTies win one more after they lo$t 16 out of the last 18 sessions...ouch for them!
