as far as my info, what ShinRenNeo said is right! Its under Bursa's radar but Bursa had given the green light and the reason of acquisition with that price had been justified by How's business plan in future and why he came up with the value to acquire those shares @ RM 1.10.

as a matter a fact, don't just believe what comments/ ideas/ BS all the people write here include myself, anyway shares is always about coming in the right time, ride with the wave and run before the wave stop. simple as that. when there's some wind, just like surfing, either your ride the on the wave or you got hit by the wave, so to enter the market at what price depends on how big the wave gonna hit you.
