Further to the earlier announcement on 27 August 2019, the Board of Directors of WCT Holdings Berhad (“WCT” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that WCT Berhad (“WCTB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 19 March 2020 accepted a letter of award (“Letter of Award”) from Jendela Mayang Sdn Bhd (“JMSB”) for the superstructure works of the aforementioned Project (forming part of the proposed integrated commercial and residential development known as Pavilion Damansara Heights) for a contract sum of approximately RM1.2 billion (“Contract”).

The Board of Directors of WCT is currently seeking further legal advice on the Final Award and will consider and weigh all further options available to the Group including challenging the same.
