Business Strategy and Future Plans

The United States remains the core market for the Group, accounted for approximately 92% of FY2013’s
revenue and the remaining revenue contribution were from other markets. In line with our expansion plans,
the Group plans to diversify into other export markets with high growth potential such as China, Russia, India
and Indonesia.

In order to strengthen the Group production facilities, the Group plans to extend further its business scope
upstream by leveraging on the area of material sourcing. With greater control over the material sourcing
process, the Group can better manage the quality as well as the stability of supply of raw materials.

Latitud broke out from the round bottom should have an immediate TP of $1.63 (Refer to my earlier post). The Gap support is at $1.35/$1.40 and strong resistance is at $1.59 (Gap Resistance).

Latitud shareholders must be very happy :-)

1st qtr eps 15 sens.If next 3 qtrs earn 15 sens (5 sens each qtr,just my own estimate) full eps next year would be at least 30 sens. My eps estimate for next year is very consevative,could surprise on the upside.With 25% payout next year's divvy would at least be 7.5 sens.Already this year's dividend payout is 100% more than last last year's 3 sen. All in all this is a good stock to invest in (for me at least !)

This one's dirt cheap,can anyone tell me if there is a cheaper property stock based on PE ratio than KSL?

1st qtr eps 12.39
2nd qtr eps 17.26
3rd qtr eps 17.70
already 47 sens,if 4th qtr earn another 15 sens,full year eps would be 62 sens.At 2.04 it is only trading at only 3.3 times PE.If that is not cheap I don't know what is.

What big shark? This is no goreng counter.Just look at volume,so little.Those who hold this stock are mostly long term shareholders.They hold it because it is well run,cash rich and always rewards its shareholders with good dividends.

hope for more EPF dumping, so i can buy more. this company has 378 mil cash and only 31 mil debt. Profit margin 35%, ROE 17% and PE of only 7x. DY is touching 6% at the current price.

haikeyila,u r absolutely correct. Price weakness good opportunity to buy into a solid company.

3rd results should be out b4 end of Nov.More DIVIDENDS???

Yeah, after spending 1.35m in capex, the FCF is 26.4m as shown, not 26.4m in capex.

Good to know that you actually go check the figures.

kc,FCF is 82.7 mln,not 26.4 mln. Not enough sleep ah ? :0)
