Yes, the transfer to main board is only meaningful if earning continue. Luckily got some today. Based on my analysis,current PE for AMEDIA is 3.x The average PE in main board is 12. If we very conservative take 30% discount, amedia has potential to rise triple in a good economic environment. Good prospect for long term.

I am not sure about next week. But CIMB predict the NEW BIG contract is coming in 1st quarter. I expect big MOVE in price if it is announced.

It is very funny to see the TA recommend sell based on P/E 5, though current P/E less than 5. Take Maybank analysts, in this case, the most conservative analyst would likely say HOLD instead of SELL when actual stock price is lower than target price.

TA do not consider re-rating possibility when transfer to main board. We all know the target PE in ACE market is low due to many reasons. The annual report will be released soon in 1st quarter, see if TA still have any shareholdings on this stock. If TA shareholding increase with SELL call, this could be a very contradicted call. Check it in coming annual report.

If you check all the ACE stocks, you will tell amedia is the only stock with persistent earnings and P/E less than 5. And it will be transfer to main board around in a month. Very funny to see the amedia price goes down but many ace stocks with high P/E goes up in ACE market.

The fact is no institutional investors are allowed to buy counters in ACE market. Not the case in main market. Different playfield and players exists.

Less than 5% of ACE can be transferred to main market. This is also fact.
