Don't forget it is a counter in ACE market. Dun surprise it can down to very low price and then shoot up. Many ppl are still burned with this counter. Big queue selling is still there at 0.18 - 0.185. Not a strange phenomenon when price droped from 0.3x to 0.18. Many ppl stucked. Institutional investors are generally not allowed to buy shares in ACE market. What so called big players are hedge fund and insiders to play with this. If you buy without margin, you can consider to hold it when you sure fuundamental are good. With margin, the risk is very high. By the way, 1 million lots for small counter is nothing.

Kenanga said predicted div is 23.9 cent in 2013 translate 6% at RM 3.98 (fair value). Plus you get RM0.48 capital repayment. See if re-rating for Magnum is possible next year. But I am sure magnum is better than ASTRO and FGV stock that with low div.

Hi, after MPHB --> Magnum, it will attract lots of attention. It was called magnum 4D bhd which was delisted in 2005. If you ask older investors they would tell you how magnum 4D is more resilient than any other stocks. History is just a reference, anyway. It will turn into cash cow firms to generate div for shareholders. Depending on your investment objective, it worth to check it.

ACE market counter generally not follow the main market. You can see the price shoot very high and down very low for many reasons. Since it is small counter, a slight heavy selling volumn will depress the price. I still hope the price can down below 3.75 then I will buy some.

Hi I just mention Maybank report based on target price. Based on my understanding, eventually after demerger, MPHB --> Magnum. Magnum worth RM3.64 + RM0.48 capital repayment. You have the rights to subcribe to MPHC shares. Maybank say >100% potential upside for MPHB capital shares from IPO price. Please read yourself or consult your Maybank broker for confirmation.

TA is just a small firm, no much credibility compared to big investment firms e.g. maybank. They make inconsistent calls based on different criteria. You are the one to make judgement. But, at least the sell call have impact on some investors.

I think it still possible to go down. AMEDIA price can be easy manipulated by big player since small counter. The positive sight is that strong support at 0.375-0.385. If it goes down sharply below support level then it can be a chance to buy for bonus issue.

The Maybank Investment bank has revised target price to RM4.43. Note that previously Maybank was very negative on valuation on MPHB. Public bank also did the same and raised target price.

The estimating date for approval is end of Nov. I wonder if we will have big movement then.

Why increased receivables is a problems? Someone may view it as a result of increased of sales. The fact is the revenue has increased. I am nuetral about plants and equipment, without this, AMEDIA wont have growth. It is normal for high growth firm. If revenue decrease but asset increased, then it is a dangerous sign. This is based on my personal opinion. This does not means AMEDIA price wont go down.

Diffucult to calculate. No one knows except those who are the buyers (and insiders). All of us are guessing on this. I just analyse base on data.

Heavy selling when price climbs may be positive point. If there is good news released tomorrow, it really sucks. Previously price up two days before bonus approval. Now it up again - today the transacted shares is 12% out of total shares. Big volumn. Insiders really have information advantage.

I think it will drop further. Many traders came into market during the sharp rise and now they are stucked. They are highly leveraged. I think force selling will depress the price some more.

Thanks for your advice. I know the risk - above average. I bet based on current low P/E and good fundamental (in paper at least)and the news of admission to main board. An admission to main board would allow higher valuation for AMEDIA, so far Bursa has not turned down the application if all requirement is fulfilled. The only issue now is Bursa decision on it. Of course, if all informaton about AMEDIA are FAKE then I will run immediately.

today trasacted volume is 13% out of total share capital. If you analyze the transaction, you will see at least 10% is buy up (exclude the sell down). I suspect someone is buying at least 10% of shares in a day because the buying started and end in less than 30mins. In this kind of volume, we only see during heavy selling at the peak when everyone is running. Possiblely a VERY GOOD news is coming, insider's friends already know this. At least the price will stay at or > 0.35 within 1-2 weeks.
