Did some research on the impact of vaccine approvals on the 2009/2010 H1N1 pandemic. Looks like the only thing that will stop this bull run is WHO declaring the pandemic over which is unlikely to happen anytime soon.

400m expectation is 4X last quarter.

Today's result is for Q1 FY2021. Kenanga forecast for 2021 is 1200m while CIMB forecast is 1500m. If you divide that by 4 quarters evenly that's around 300m and 375m. But if you factor in that most of the higher ASP will come in during the later quarters and the CEO's remarks that they can only cater to new customers (spot) in 9 months time, then we may very well have a cheap sale tomorrow.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing Harta. Just that I have vivid memory of last quarter's announcement.

June 9 report

May have cheap sale if Harta disappoints again like in 18 May.

The ASP hikes of Hartalega and Kossan could be similar as both share similar
customers. The top 5 customers account for 50% of Hartalega’s sales and 30-35%
of Kossan’s sales volume. Their big customers are the big distributors which
largely supply to the hospitals. The big customers also have stronger bargaining
power and have long business relationship with these glove players.
Though Hartalega/Kossan cannot raise their ASPs to their big customers
significantly, we believe they can raise the ASPs for their other smaller
customers more significantly. Hence, they will also see faster blended ASP hikes
in 2H20. Furthermore, Kossan has guided that their normal ASPs (ex-spot orders)
can be increased by 50%.

We maintain our earnings forecasts for Kossan which has already imputed for ASP
hikes and spot orders in 2H20. We have a BUY rating on Kossan with TP of
MYR10.95, based on 27x CY21E P/E (+1SD to 5-year mean).

Don't listen to rumor mongers. That guy just registered that account today to spread these rumors (his account has been blocked). Too many rumors about what KYY is doing or not doing. What he's hoping to do is get people to be nervous and sell TG shares so that others like him can buy cheap. TG warrant expires today so it should start to go up today.

I believe KYY tells the truth. However, he does not tell you the full picture. He gives you good insights if you know how to connect the dots yourself.

I mean it is free insights, what do you expect?

Today already guaranteed to open high and then free fall. Look at June 9 chart for indication of where it will go next.

Don't get me wrong - Supermax is still on uptrend but it will have a sharp ~25% pullback first.

I'm assuming you guys are all gung-ho because you prefer to weather the storm and have no issues going through a sharp correction for the next 2 weeks; and/or prefer not to trade in/out and hold for longer term.

If you can't survive a sharp correction, you should ask yourself whether you're just blocking what you don't want to hear and assess objectively whether a correction is really at the gate.
