Olivia, I will continue to hold after the quarter report is out. The last quarter results was good, and I think the next few quarters will also be good. That's the reason I put its EPS at 15c, with this conservative estimate also, the price is not there yet, still yet to move up close to it. If you read what I posted earlier , you can see those projects coming up, and also the planned development that will maintain if not further improve its EPS. The tendered portion will also moved the price should there be some successful awards.

Kenanga TP is 1.13. As with most brokers investment reports, if the results at end of this month are good, there can be a rerating, that's a usual thing. You may see it revise upwards.
I believe its EPS can be as good as 15cents, thus even at PE 10, its share price can reach 1.50

Expecting by end of month, total EPS 50cent. At 3.08, PE is 13.95 now.
Giving it a PE of 10, and EPS assume 50cents, it should be close to Rm5.00
With a share base of 43mil,, why not reward shareholders with a bonus/split as well as good dividends?

yalah,, vinvin, better sell Poweroot slowly since its going uptrend, so can profit more. Don't invest in those with poor financial performance, poor fundamentals companies. Unless you want to fast in fast out, if too slow to response and no time. Invest in good companies still earn a lot ma.

The results and dividend will be announced end of this month. If its good, this little chap is going for over 0.90.
But if there are people who has first hand info now, it may be already moving.

vinvin, yes lor, sometimes no choice if cannot see any chance of making up for the loss, and wasting precious time, all the funds tied up and cannot use to buy others with more potential. I cut many recently taking some losses. Mitra up a bit today so can get some money if sell now, can help out some daily expenses, but still I am holding for better price. Better to slow down decision to buy until very sure to avoid more mistakes and losses next time.

vinvin, I think its reported Aeon will have 3 more outlet, so here, just don't know the location. But I think no hurry, maybe more are planned as well, so surely expansion for Aeon. I heard people say, if got Tesco surely soon we will see Aeon next. I have not enquire before, maybe they prefer after things fixed, then announce?

Aug 2011 - DNP Land (Wing Tai) sold land at Alma to Aeon

Jan 2012 - Earthwork started at the site, but after that the site was left untouched for 1 year
Mac 2013 - Piling and construction started
Now in May 2014, the construction of Aeon Mall Bukit Mertajam is about to complete. It is set to open in June before Hari Raya.
