Even if the coming quarter results are so so only, I still think that with just the existing projects on hand alone, it will register very good numbers as time goes. Maybe we are early birds haha

Thx kheng, SilentBird, I only estimate that its growing business will give it a EPS of 3.5 to 4cents per quarter. So that's ard 15cents full year and assume PE 10. Deep inside me, I thought 1.50 will be a possibility. I will pay the price if I am wrong.

haha, the sale of the land in Sg Long, was about Rm100m, and will be paid in 4 years, the first portion Rm25m, was paid in Q3 last FY. This FY, another Rm25 should have been paid but was not in the Q3 report, so its likely to be reported in Q4, next week. So that's another extra Rm25, rite?

Normally I dare to comment on share that I have bought because I really study them first. Some people will not check the facts and may treat here as what we say is true. I will feel very bad if I am leading others blindly. But if I comment truthfully and it turn out the other way, I also have to pay a heavy price. I didn't study Aeon Credit just read that its good. Yes Ironbull, Mondrian I think US equity fund but not so active lately, not buying or selling actually. Local funds no support also, but this company business will do well I think. Oversea business, diversified regionally, and products. Unlike construction business, this one can keep longer term, try check out the 5 yr charts and annual reports.

thx pputeh, right now, they busy expanding their malls. but it is very good future. last time 5 yrs ago, 3.50 to 18.00 is at least 5 times, so if we keep 10 years, 5years times 5, 10 years will be another 5 times, means say Rm4 times 5 is Rm20, another 5 years, Rm20 times 5 is Rm100.

Just sharing. This morning I read Selangor Dredging annual report and saw that Hotel Maya, which they (SDRED) own sits on abt 400k sq ft of land in KL. Aeon malls sits on around that size too. Imagine some of their land isn't revalue since 1995. wow, how much would that be now, and if they moved elsewhere and use the land for multi blocks of high end condos developments, my my..billions...by 2016 they should have expanded to Sabah and Sarawak plus and East coast PM. This ones going to be big ...

Ring, The last annual report says they have paid the premium to convert the agriculture land. No more paying cheap rates for that ~400acres at book value Rm7.52 psf agri land. So I suppose they have plans to develop it.
If they can do it like Protasco or SBC, will be good
SBC's Jesselton Quay is about 16.25ac with a GDV of Rm1.8b
Protasco's DeCentrum is about 100ac with a GDV of Rm10b
400acres is about 18m sq ft. Residential land in the vicinity selling for more than Rm100sf? That's a whopping Rm1.8billion
