Hi vinvin, the results are good and its still good on its expansionary path though its cash level has gone down, but its for a good cause, it is use for the purpose of generating more cash later. I am good and thanks, have earn some money for my expenses last and this year. bsng, i have not bought into any of the four counters mentioned by you here. Probably KSL would be the one that i will move on. But i am quite skeptical actually, after seeing that most counters after bonus, go south instead.
Just an opinion that i share here, when bonus issue is proposed, people will buy based on this stimulus, but after that, there wont be any catalyst for it to spark again and its price just go south.
Just to quote recently, some of these are Hup Seng, Century Logistics, CBIP, ..
Now, there is market conditions as well to consider too.

Many many years ago, i use to go to JB for work, and in the process, made some friends there. i stay in Century Hotel if i have not mistaken the name, and link to it is a hugh shopping complex. All these belongs to KSL. I was enquiring about KSL from these JB friends, unfortunately my finances were too tight to buy at that time, and that was Rm0.60. You know how much i regretted till now. Reading its annual report year after year, i still hope for a chance to be a shareholder, due to its hugh recurring income, potential Klang project, and its management.

About Tambun, Matrix, MKH, some of the reasons i have not hooked up is because of, debts level, not follow up on its progress, a bit less focus on its business, etc..

Just saw the interview of Mark Mobius in Bloomberg. He say Oil will probably recover next year to around USD 80-90.

Thats the reason why a hefty dividend is given from the proceeds of this sale. bsng, as long as Padini continues to do well, dividends will be consistent. I am sure they are good in what they do, though consumers are spoilt for choices now. Hope they pay higher dividends in the years to come. thx

bsng, yes, i bought some time ago and my cost is lower, so i do get more than 5% though. so what i am holding pays for the margin plus some leftover for me, while i wait for the potential to be realized. I am not sure if Wellcal will go below 1.50, so anything below slightly above that means i am ready to buy.
Would Padini make the same cut too? any potential growth that we might be waiting for besides the good dividends ?

I am not too sure on Padini and the returns one can get over a 5 year period as i did not study it much. The dividends are good and price is not overly volatile, although and surely like others, it is affected now though, by market sentiment and consumers.

Big caps may move slower but steady. Mine i was lucky to get into Wellcall, CBIP... looking at a 5 year chart will have a better idea how much it has appreciated.

Quantitatively, Inspira has spelled that out well.
I think one has to look at some of its intangible assests as well. The management did well by switching to being relying on just semiconductors industry for its business, and have now diversified into other industry. For long term investors, if you buy now, you are getting in at a very low level. Once the company start making headways into its business, the price will rise multifold.
