My view is that no many is willing to sell cheap. Most investors think theres value in it by holding longer. Look at the charts and its Rev and earnings before, it does mean something.
As for the down side, I think very limited unless a crash comes, if not the chance of buying at this current price slips day by day.

From my observation ( which I may be wrong) there are one or more big sellers queing at 1.45, when they have completed their selling, there will be no roadblocks left. Most buyers are picking up smaller portions like 100lots and below, so theres no danger of big amounts being disposed later on. With the completion of the new factory later, 1.45 becomes too unrealistic for a growing company like Wellcal. Your comment are welcome.

raytheclay, yes agreed. Rm6.00 will be the immediate target. This will soon be upgraded as this FY, the existing business will grow at least 25%. CBIP I think made a good move in investing in some existing plantations which are already producing Rev, so this in effect will alleviate their wholly owned plantation's planting up of about 6,000 ha per year besides learning to improve the business. Give it a few more years, the close to 80,000 ha will propel them to the top few major plantation companies in Malaysia. Theres value too in their plantation land in the future.

Investor are collecting slowly as there are enough sellers who opt out after the split as they don't wish to hold for long term. This is the opportunity for those interested to go for long term.

DeCentrum is a hugh project which will ensure a major boost to the Rev and Profit of Protasco, besides its other main business.

Without doubt it is a golden opportunity to invest in this company. The management has been very dynamic, creating new business opportunities not once but all the time. This is something we all must always open our eyes to. The company will only grow bigger and financially better.

Its backed by local institutions and funds. A good chance of scaling much higher and stable.

Its shares moves up steadily over time. And its value becomes more apprarent in the years ahead with its third pillar coming up fast (hugh plantation). 1.Modipalm engineering. 2.SPV. 3.Plantations.
Going over Rm6.00 is a matter of how soon. Its pricing is very attractive now.

vinvin, yes, that is so. We will be getting the dividend of 22c too, so that is good for us for now. For those who will buy later to get the dividends, am sure the price will be higher by then. The price after split/bonus I think will be higher than 4.00. So we will make some money.

I think Wellcal will grow bigger in the coming years with the expanded production facilities coming in soon. The type of business that they have isn't easily copied and they are years ahead, having said that, being in 5 categories of industry and having the world as its market, theres big opportunities for it, but first one has to take care of its own backyard, the gearing up of its facilities to take on more. So at 1.44, it is a good starting point.

Cobra, I think its still a good price at 14.58 since the dividends of I think 22c will lower your cost, and after the split will be around 3.68. If I am not mistaken the financials of this company is very good ( I need to relook at their annual report). Going forward, the companys strategy of purchasing the building or land to expand their outlet represents some sort of investment too. THeir asset value will go up and up as they expand. This company targets a few outlets in various parts of the country for expansion. The five year chart shows uptrend and hopefully with this plan, it just continues after the bonus and split which most likely it will, then we be looking at a price more than 10.00 in the coming 5 year period.

I have not sold any after the split and also have added more, as I intend to have my investment in here for longer term.

Looking at its past as a rough guide, the dividends will be more than FD. I would expect the share price to appreciate since they are handling more projects, hopefully they have better margins from them too. For me its worth to accumulate, possibility of winning higher.
With bigger projects and expansion overseas, should they decide to have a higher market cap, they still can give share split/bonus.

The catalyst that will propel this counter will be a big contract award. Lets hope it comes. Rm1.00 will be the past then.

PE is assumed to be improving, and analyst covering this forecast it going to Rm2.90. If we always scared we will continue to live in low cost housing and driving kancil.
