JAKS has an option to buy the additional 10% of the Vietnam Power Plant within 3 years from the date of COD .......

Why ALP wants to buy it now? Anybody can answer?

Why doesn't he use part of the earning, let's say the 1st. and 2nd. year to fund the additional 10%?

If this is a PP, the issue price would not be lower than 90sen, it is much better for SHs ..... they can avoid to face wild price fluctuation ahead ......

QR is the other special instrument ALP can use ....

why RI first not QR first? is a good question to think of ... try to think, if the QR comes first, what will happen? How about the price fixing for RI?

at this stage, is full of uncertainties ... investors have to be more sensitive and take care of themselves .....

PP price not lower than 10% of average market prices and no warrant to dilute earning ......

Frankly, I hope this a a PP ... giving his friends and partners not more than 10% discount, can rise great confidence! Worth It! (If the price drops severely, this group will suffer too)

Fire hawk, no need even to buy the RI. I did it once years ago. RI price towards expiry is a good indication. If it falls to minimal, it points to likely under subscription and you stand a chance.

For non-shareholders, you actually can submit right issue application form in and hopefully get the share at RM0.40, in case the right shares are under-subscribed and major shareholders and underwriters let you have them.

Be careful when market re-open .... some people may sell their existing holdings for cash, for the RI subscription, for example, fully invested share holders .... if they don't subscribe the RI, they will be in huge disadvantage .....
