FYI, Hevea case happened in 2015. The owner of Hevea met me in KL to discuss this proposal to convince me to recommend Hevea to my followers.

the major shareholder sacrificed 5yrs time-value of the warrant, to inject cash for the co. operation :-)

DK66 Converting 102m warrrants @0.64 will allow the company to raise RM65m for working capital purposes.

This sacrifices his own benefit ..... (vs. sell WB at the market and buy mother shares)

In my investment experience ~30yrs, I only saw 1 case, it was Hevea, (can't remember the exact time, could be 10yrs ago). The major director injected cash for operation. The price of Heave raised substantially years after!

Really hope this is a similar case :-)

ask an old school mate (now an accountant) about the different trend of Ambank, RHB, Affin ....

he said banks are always the portfolio of funds and and dividend intended investors, once the dividend is low (use 1 year FD as benchmark), these holders will sell and looking for higher dividend stocks .... he said unless there is improvement of dividend, stock price could be hovering at low price for a prolong period ......

just another point for those consider to buy .... thank to my helpful old classmate too!

To say one would never lose money on a particular stock is foolish to say the least, it may very well be a good investment I don’t know, but even the best of the best of stocks are prone to losing money for investors, at least in the short term, and alliance bank is nowhere close to being the best of the best

~Tell u a real story about Sifu and her follower. On Mar17, Sifu promoted a stock like no tomorrow --- JAKS, when it was above 1.00. The follower bought. Today, almost 3 yrs, JAKS 1.42, no doubt, after almost

3 years, JAKS going up and peaking .... BUT
u know what happen in between? JAKS dropped to 40sen after one and a half year since Sifu promoted. The follower cut loss @70sen+ and never buy back, bcos was a too horrible nightmare for him.

Today, those bot JAKS is in profit ... but not this follower. The encounter of this follower could be the experince of many others too ... include promoter herself.

In i3, especially in this JAKS forum, I'm not only get info. about investment, but i learned also how human beings behave .....

i saw many hypocrites, up to u believe or not, many of those defame JAKS are actually hope to buy at lower price (bcos they feel price is high now).... ppl real side emerge over the keyboard, bcos u don't really know them physically, they can freely act according to their desires, and yet, they can appear as good ppl in physical life .....

i saw many sifus (which their admirer greet them), when they still holding the stock they promote it i every aspects. Once they sold, they condemn it (most of the time, they sold bcos of great price appreciation temptation) and hope the price will go down for them to buy back again ....

They are many forms of hypocritical acts, and many of them good in rhetoric, they skills improve when grow older, this can especially deceive the naive ....

Be realistic that our society full of this type of ppl and face it, beware of it .....

They are still some ppl willing to help others, and realized the "give and take philosophy", up to u believe or not, if u r selfish minded, one day yr acts will hit backed on u, if u r kind and generous u will gradually feel the react ..... :-)
