Bcorp buy BLand is through share swap (not cash), this involves pricing valution ......

Don't forget BJCorp .... BJCorp (NTA =RM1.32) price used to be higher than BLand (NTA =RM0.86), when BLand approachs price of BCorp, BCorp would appreciates as well .....

My posting /advice is true or false, useful or useless .... readers want to take it or not, is totally up to them, i'm absolutely ok, if they dun agree and do the other way round, after all, that is their money .....

All my postings only focus on the RI issue, the pros and cons of taking or NOT taking the RI ..... I talk nothing about the co. FA or TA or the construction business nature or the co. business prospect or ...... bcos i dun want to talk somethings there are not certain ......

I've nothing more to talk .... bcos i've nothing need to be covered up or diverse readers focus.

Amid Brexit, want to sell, especially for good price, is not easy .....

For those who still holding or want to buy (bcos now is "cheap"), make sure u hv extra money to take up the RI !

If u dun hv the money, i advice u to sell at least part of yr holding to get cash to subscribe the RI.

If u think u hv the option NOT to buy the RI, this is a disastrous thinking! U r too naive to do investment for not even know how the RI affect yr existing holding!

Read my post properly, I dun ask anybody buy or sell, even the friend i met this afternoon, i just asked him whether he hv prepared the money for RI ..... he choose to sell back that was his choice (I'm quite sure, if he wants, he can buy back @0.155 or even lower before the RI ex-date) ......

For those still have faith, still can think positive, or assume this is only a proposal that will not be materialize .....

Even if materialized, someone even said "RI is not by forced you must buy. U can opt NOT to buy too." I think experience investors know what is this implicates which i feel no need for me to elaborate more ......

i also feel dun be too optimistic .... if u check today transactions, there r 4 lots (400 shares) dun @0.175, and it was done 1 lot, 1 lot ..... what is this means? someone is tightly control the market price ..... hv to prepare to deal with old fox ......

some ppl still do not know there is a RI .... just now at lunch, saw a friend, he said he bot @0.16 and feel cheap. I asked him whether he has prepare substantial amount of money for the RI, i said every 16K you bot, you hv to prepare 9K for RI ..... he quickly sold back at afternoon, at 0.155, losing half sen :D

ytl land is much better than bj land, can't compare to bj land in term of sinking magnitude .....

if drops to 0.01, many "value investors" will finish their bullet much earlier .... have to borrow a long to buy .....

VT is a very kind and generous person, full of mercy .... he knows some "value investors" proudly say they still has cash to invest, he presses the price even lower, so that, giving them a greater opportunity for greater value buy .......

many "value investors" finish their bullets alrdy ... but value non-stop to emerge ......
