（吉隆坡23日讯）消息透露，马建屋（MBSB，1171，主板金融股）和Muamalat银行的合并洽谈可能告吹。财经周刊《The Edge》援引消息指出，由于双方对于估值以及控制权谈不拢，因此，即使洽谈期限即将在2月2日截止，可是却没有太大的进展。消息人士指出：“剩下没有几天了，可是没有任何一边肯让步，看起来合并洽谈可能会告吹。”双方洽谈原本的截止日期为去年12月底，不过，国行同意把期限延长至2月2日，据悉，这将会是最后一次延长。消息透露，合并计划将会以换股的方式进行，然而，目前双方在估值方面都谈不拢，因为Muamalat银行持股70%的大股东多元重工（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股），要求的估值“高得不合理”。据悉，合并后的实体，将会由公积金局（EPF）持有最高股权（40%），紧接着是多元重工略低于30%，国库控股（Khazanah）则持有10%左右。然而，多元重工却要求占最高股权，或至少与公积金局“平起平坐”。银行领域的消息指出，合并后的实体应该由公积金局/马建屋的阵营占最多数股权，毕竟马建屋的资产规模比Muamalat银行高一倍。此外，高达80%的营业额和税前盈利，也将来自马建屋。Muamalat或须注资假设合并洽谈告吹，这将是马建屋的第二次挫败，因为之前的三方世纪大合并———联昌国际（CIMB，1023，主板金融股）、兴业资本（RHBCAP，1066，主板金融股）、马建屋也宣告失败。目前，马建屋仍有能力独自生存，这家非银行金融机构正设法转型为完整的银行业者。至于Muamalat银行则比较艰难，因为根据国行的规定，大股东多元重工必须在2月底之前，把持股权从70%降低至40%，而减持股权的期限，国行早前已经给予多次展延。由富豪丹斯里赛莫达控制的多元重工，在“大限”逼近之际，似乎已经没有什么选择，因为根据更严格的资本要求，业务已经低迷的多元重工，是否有能力注资给Muamalat银行还是个未知数。

目标价：2.86令吉最新进展由于建筑赚幅和房产业务贡献更高，嘉登（GADANG，9261，主板建筑股）截至11月30日次季，净利按年增1.08倍，从上财年同期的851万1000令吉，增加至1772万1000令吉。不过营业额则从1亿1459万6000令吉，下滑11%至1亿198万令吉。累计上半年，净利达3858万3000令吉，或每股净利17.26仙，按年增长113.78%；营业额则年增1.37%至2亿5136万2000令吉。行家建议嘉登首半年业绩胜于预期，分别达到我们营业额和净利预测的34%和57%。近期从炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）工程获得5.6亿令吉合约后，加上旗舰发展项目销售活动持续，我们因而看好接下来的净利表现。我们把2016和2017财年净利预测，调高18%至35%，反映产业和建筑项目赚幅更高，及近期获得RAPID项目的14-0402配套。未完成的建筑订单达9.74亿令吉，营业额能见度比2015财年高出1.74倍。房产未入账销售额达1.7亿令吉，营业额能见度比2015财年高出1.4倍。我们预计公用事业将提供稳定的现金流，印尼水力发电厂PT Ikhwan全面营运后，现金流的贡献会更显著。
