according to that friend who say supermax goona earn 800 million /qtr = 3.2 bl per year. only need 2.5 yrs to earn 8 billion. no need 10 years. n the bak order now is already 1 yr.until next yr with hav more than 2 yrs order. so 8 billion is easy to reach according to that friend.

when i say my calculation is conservative...becoz i was shocked by how larg ethe bumper profit is..jus like all the sifu calculated all kena shocked. so u mus beleive one thing dun EVER SELL your share until u c the next qtr result. or else if nex profit is 800 million ,u will bang walls. i dun wan overestimate...so hang on to your share n beleive its 200 million profit.

last qtr i sold rm450 worth or gloves at price 1, my profit is 70. cost is 380. this qtr i sold 675 becoz now ppl willing to pay 50% more for the same glove. but my cost is the same as last qtr. now my profit is 295. expecting this carry on for next 4 qtr .so my profit for the year is 1180. rick yeo..hope u ponder on the power of margin on profit.

i am still selling same qty of goods. but my profit jumps from 70 to 295.

If they get 1 billion profit per yr or may b even per qtr...who need to dispose share to fund.

But i think they will distribute it as dividend share,may b becoz their bumper profit is enuff for their expansion.so we will still be getting our dividend share n bonus...lol

The current expansion plan is still not enuff.

In 3 yrs time harta tg n kossan will push their obm proportion like supermax.so supermax got 3 yrs time to boost production.

Supermax hav obm advantage.but weak in capacity n efficiency.they shld use this golden time to bump up capacity n effiency to topglove n harta level.coz they will b catching up in obm soon.time is not waiting for supermax...the time to be no.1 is now.

This is a once in a life time chance to become no.1 glove producer. Supermax will nog hav second chance.

By doing so can realised a capitan gain of 600 to 900 million gain. And boost capacity to topglove level. Without overstetching credit limit,n save on interest expense. With anchor investor will further boost investor confidence.contact lens business will fly by leaps n bound with more cash injection.thus bringing forward the golden era of contact lens biz.

Dun worry the dilute of eps will not be comparable to the earning gain from the bumper profit. There can always be a work atound to utitlise the treasury share for raising additional funds.by disposjng the treasury shre to big fund..they also stand to realsie a capital gain of 600 million to 900 million. So the eps will increae n not decreae.

I strongly urge managment to sell the treasury share to big investor at rm10 to 15 per share ,use the additonal 700 mil to 1 bil fund to increase production by 50 percent n to expand contact lens production to 1 billion to prepare for china market.

increase of raw materials will not impact much n i already discounted 20%. from iwat i knew, raw materials cost actually dropped during this period.

with the same volume but increase price , the cost shld be the same. last month sell 1000 @ 1 cost 0.9, this month sell 1000@1.50 cost 0.9. cos t is the same but profit jump 6x (60 sens/ 10sen)

not really, becoz my scenario is no increase of volume of qty. becoz only increase of asp. if there is increase of volume couped with increase of asp...the profit will be even greater.

If there is only increase of asp,there will be no increase in cost. Jus t like u sell 1 glove at 1 yesterday.today u sell 1 glove at 1.50 cost is the same.

thats why that day i shouted PENTA kill to 5 glove company. But i cant share it on public becoz i promised the owner cannot disclode becoz of confidentiality.But i managed to do a calculation n share the result the next day. Still my result is conservative to avoid painting a too rosy picture.

Revenue QTR3 = 447 mil
Cost = 352 mil
Avg. ASP JAN - MAR = USD69
Avg. ASP APR - JUN = USD 107.50
Unit sold = 447/69 = 6478 unit

QTR 4 Sales = 6478 x 107.5 = 696 mill
Cost remain the same since only price increase = 352 mil
PBT = 344 mil
PAT @24% = 261 mil
eps = 20 sen

Sales n profit may b higher since ASP keep increasing.
There might b more sales due to higher qty sales.
Here we assume Qty sold is at max of capacity.
we r using averages so profit can be much higher or lower.
There might be other expenses we miss out.
For safety -20% to 261 mil for safety.
261 x0.8 = 208 mil

800 m profit in 1 qtr = 27 qtr profit = 7 yrs profit already !!!!
