TSH is banking on it huge unplanted landbank >100k ha.. hence written as growth over the next 10 years. Even with existing landbank, they plant 10k ha a year also enough for 10 years of sustained planting. But look out for their massive debt...The growth potential already reflected in the high PE value..

Instead of TSH, you might want to take a look at First Res, a relative unknown plantation share but with explosive growth potential like TSH.

No matter where the fruit ends up, your own mill, 3rd party mill, your friends mill, your mom's mill, all of them will need new equipment to cater for the increasing amount of fruit coming out of harvest.

If not the mill not enough capacity to process, the fruit will 'rot' and not saleable...

Cannot process your own fruit, cause don't want to spend capex to build mills to process due to soft price.

Cannot send out the fruit to 3rd party mill, cause 3rd party mill won't spend capex to cater for increase capacity.

Each kernel crushing mill can only do so much capacity before require to add machines.

Yes 3rd year is new fruiting, approx yield will be between 8 ton per ha. 5th year will be about 15 tpha. 8 years is fully matured excess of 20 tpha.

The reasoning is once a crop is planted you need to process it even though the price is not so good.

Mbl is the leader in kernal crushing plant, not much competitor out there. Even if they send to external mill they still need new mills for new capacity right?
