fortunebullz: Ah! You must be an accomplice. AhMoi, valuelurker, sunztzhe are all watching, woh!! :D:D:D
I think they need to take some time to read all your posts and find that you are a very old timer in i3. Compared to me as I am only very recent, haha!
And I don't think they are very amused by your observation that there has been 3 days of heavy dumping - even though most of them here have not sold. Heck! Who could have been selling??
2014-04-25 18:05 | Report Abuse
valuelurker: The reports are all public knowledge and if you think that they are incorrect, then that is your assessment. If you think that only you are right, then so be it.

fortunebullz: See, what did I tell you. Here it comes again!!!!
sunztzhe: Just read the so-called replies given by the Management and decide for yourself. Since practically all of you did not sell, then practically all of you have not been conned. Although the reality is that the directors/ex-director are selling and the market is selling.

fortunebullz: People in this thread don't like companies with strong political connections. I already kena hentam on that.

fortunebullz: very soon, a lot of the forumners here will be asking you for proof, haha!
Maybe it is time to leave this thread alone.

Haha, fortunebullz. However, Kidex tender still not yet closed, so how to award.

fortunebullz: I have mentioned that AirAsia, a very savvy operator, is also being screwed in their Indian operations. But a lot of people here just don't get it.

valuelurker: I am not acquainted with bro Leno. I know about him because he posts in stockraider's thread (stockraider also just migrated from InvestLah).
Now that fortunebullz is here, perhaps you can ask him. And perhaps also accuse him of being my accomplice.

fortunebullz: Most people have forgotten about the Dubai ID project which brought down a 2nd board company - I can't recall the company's name at the moment.

fortunebullz: Welcome again. You are going to have a very hard time getting your opinion across.
2014-04-25 17:40 | Report Abuse
valuelurker: Firstly, there has been no explanations by Mudajaya Management on what is causing the delays to the IPP project. Only statements of further delay. The Malay Mail report (which we all know now, courtesy of johnny cash) actually put a whole new perspective to this matter.
Secondly, there has been no news about any new contract awards. Even the RHB report concedes that that is the situation. While the newspaper reports on the Kidex highway are incorrect.
Do make your own assessment.
I am getting tired of forumners here trying to cast aspersions.

sosfinance: Yeah, you are right. Hard to debate when there are chaps who are unable to see the picture. Trend is still down with the issue of insiders' selling and the Malay Mail report.

valuelurker - see bro Leno's explanation on how those allegations were "closed".

Based on all the replies here so far, I would think that practically all of you would not have sold these 2 weeks. So, if you did not sell, then who has been selling in the market?
And if practically all of you did not sell or taken any serious note of the debate here, how could you have been conned?
Like bro Leno explained very simply, people spread rumors to push the price up and sell, nobody spreads rumors to get the price down to buy.
And if you have been too confused to have noticed, it is the directors/ex-director who are selling. If they are selling and bringing the price down, do you need anyone to con you to bring the price down?
Do put your thinking hat on, ok!

kuya hawk: only went into KNM-WA for a quick trade trade today as it was laggging the mother. In 38 and out at 39sen. But thanks for your call.

sunztzhe: By the way, just refer to bro Leno's postings on who is doing the conning. He is a much more experienced trader. You still do not see who is doing the selling, huh!

sunztzhe: Believe what you will. No need to start making accusations here.

sunztzhe: Although I do not owe you any explanation even though you are being very rude, let me explain anyway
Why active? Because a lot of retailers are being conned (see bro Leno's comments)
Buy the shares at a lower price? You must be out of your mind what with the disclosures in all the recent reports
Buy Mudajaya shares today? Haha, what a joke, it is still falling by the way.
2014-04-25 16:35 | Report Abuse
Looking at Mudajaya's price movement today and as highlighted by smallfish, the share price should continue to drop.
As far as I can see, the selling has only just started - all because of the "catalysts" that you were all waiting for in the Malay Mail report.

I thought I am being helpful here. For your information, sunztzhe, I am in Mpay, KNM, KNM-WA and Silkhld these few days.
Good luck to you on your "investment".

sunztzhe: You are really dense!!
2014-04-25 16:17 | Report Abuse
sunztzhe: Bro Leno already explains it very well. So, are you expecting a different explanation?
See bro Leno's comment also on how the Mudajaya case was closed by Bursa.
With all these issues hanging in the air, would anybody in their right mind want to buy Mudajaya shares?
The directors and ex-director are all selling - why don't you ask them whether they are doing it so that they can buy at a lower price. The ex-director has a lot mo0re shares to sell!!
Pay attention to bro Leno's simple logic - people spread rumors to push up the price so that they can sell.

valuelurker: See bro Leno's comments - I doubt if he is a shareholder. But only he dares to say it so bluntly, calling a spade a spade!!

sunztzhe: see bro Leno's comments!!

tc2012: Dataran Sentral (133+million shares) is not controlled by Ng Ying Loong
2014-04-25 15:45 | Report Abuse
sunztzhe: Precisely, the Management knows better - that's why the insiders are selling. Have you thought about why the Management has failed to make any disclosures on the Indian IPP before the Malay Mail article was published?
The institutional investors are taking a stand by selling (as observed by smallfish and benson911) because of the Malay Mail report and the RHB re-rating report.
2014-04-25 15:39 | Report Abuse
valuelurker: From your claims, then the RHB report must have been also paid for by "activist" investors - it is also very negative.
You should consider yourself lucky that the Malay Mail published their report. You seem to miss the gist of their report - that there are a lot of improprieties in the Indian IPP project (worst issue is the fraud allegations) which you as the retailer would have never known about as the company has totally failed to make any timely disclosures to the investing public.
If the institutional investors are now taking a stand and are selling, at least you still have a chance to liquidate before AhMoi takes over the company.

tc2012: Retailers can't talk down a big counter like Mudajaya. It's the Malay Mail report and the RHB re-rating report, ok!
If you had sold at 2.83 when I told all of you about the company and the negative developments, you would be laughing now.
I thought you would have realised yourself what was happening when the directors and ex-director all started selling. Like I have been saying, follow the money!!!!
2014-04-25 15:01 | Report Abuse
AhMoi: Make your own observations on what is happening especially when the directors and ex-director are all selling. Now, as highlighted by smallfish and benson911, even the big boys seem to be selling.
Good luck and don't keep blaming others.
2014-04-25 14:52 | Report Abuse
AhMoi: You certainly have lost it!!! The negatives are all in the RHB re-rating report and the Malay Mail report.
2014-04-25 14:47 | Report Abuse
AhMoi: You seem to have lost it?????!!!
2014-04-25 14:43 | Report Abuse
AhMoi: I am only stating the facts so that most of you will understand the problems faced by the company. I certainly did not write the Malay Mail report or the RHB re-rating report.
Neither have I accused Uncle Koon of any impropriety.
It is obvious that most of you are not selling but holding on tight. Then, can you guess who is selling? As smallfish and benson911 stated, the big boys!! And possibly the ex-director.
Keep in mind that the issues raised in the Malay Mail report are very serious and institutional investors will not take kindly to such "developments".
2014-04-25 14:36 | Report Abuse
The counter is still falling - now only 2.60, down 7sen on low volume. Yes smallfish and benson911, looks like the big boys have started selling.
Should selling volume escalate, then AhMoi can take over the company on the cheap.
2014-04-25 14:30 | Report Abuse
AhMoi: Why are you blaming Uncle Koon? Do your own research as it is your own money - he also invested in this counter with his own money.
Keep in mind that the Malay Mail report dated 9th April has a very negative impact as the issues raised are quite valid while the lame and evasive replies from the company's Management only raises even more questions. Worse, there is the matter of fraud allegations raised by the Indian Government itself. None of these issues are caused by Uncle Koon, ok!!
2014-04-25 12:20 | Report Abuse
The company paid for 74% of the equity but only got 26%. Who is going to pay them the same price so that they can exit??
2014-04-25 12:15 | Report Abuse
AhMoi: Uncle Koon, you can trust. Others not so sure!! Whether others tell him the truth or not, it is for him to judge.
Share buyback is to support share price where selling is apparent - it may also be used to support the price while insiders sell.
Look at Bursa announcements over the next two weeks to see news of share buybacks or insider seliing. Where shares have been transferred, announcements need not be made when the shares are sold by the transferee.
Good luck to all of you, really!!!

AhMoi - don't be surprised if the "buying" is part of the company share buyback

dingding - I am just recounting here the information from published articles and from what I hear (in the construction industry).
Uncle Koon can certainly be trusted as he is really a sincere and helpful guy but if he can only tell you that the ex-director told him that the shares were sold so that the ex-director can change cars and go on holidays, don't you think that any information that he can relay may be pretty limited.
After all, his protege, the ex-director/ED, no longer runs the company. And you can be very sure that the ex-director/ED will continue disposing of his shares (some shares already transferred so that such selling need not be reported??)

The share price is dropping again today even after the share buyback yesterday. I would think that the Malay Mai report is starting to make an impact.
If you see more insider selling, then you better re-consider your investment decisions in this counter.

Stock price up when Surin 1st bought in volume. Then when Surin bought again, stock actually dropped (slightly).
I know quite a number of guys who bought sometime ago around 1.40 to 1.60 in volume - hard to move until most of these players have liquidated.
Also, won't really move until Surin starts buying in volume again - buy to let you sell??:D:D

Share buyback is also good news for retailers - can also sell at the same time, eh?!!
