I think 90% of Malaysian companies don't kena this one off makmur tax as most of them don't have taxable income of more than RM100m. After deducting the incentives and allowances it will be even less. It might hit big corporations a bit..

don't get confused of brokerage rate with stamp duty. Stamp duty are for contracts. It has minimal effect on share trading.

Another one off 9% above RM100mil certainly will not kill Inari or any other big businesses..
