been monitoring Halex. Seems to have solid financials, but their profit margins are low. ROE not great at 4% and P/E high at 17. Who are their competitors?

Price struggle to break below 1.01 NAV. Looks attractive but this is a hospitality REIT (unsure of the outlook). Debt/capital ratio is at 0.55 which is kinda high.
Pavreit debt ratio 0.17, IGBreit 0.25, Sunreit 0.33, QCap 0.36.

cmmt are experts in malls, dijaya had zero experience. TCM is strategically located, the cinemas are great - will improve with the new owner. hope they will change its name though, gets everyone confused with tropicana proper, location-wise.
