Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 9 October 2020, 19 October 2020, 22 October 2020 and 23 October 2020 in relation to the Company’s proposed bonus issue of warrants exercise. A notice to convene an extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) for the purpose of seeking Shareholders’ approval was issued to Shareholders on 22 October 2020 and a circular was issued to its Shareholders on 23 October 2020.



Subsequent to the above, the Company had on 4 November 2020 announced a proposal to undertake a private placement exercise and had on 6 November 2020 announced the details of the revised proposed bonus issue of warrants exercise to facilitate the proposed private placement.



Accordingly, the Company wishes to inform that the forthcoming EGM scheduled to be held on Monday, 9 November 2020 will be aborted. The shareholders are advised to make reference to the Company’s announcement dated 6 November 2020 in relation to the revised proposed bonus issue of warrants.
