Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 13 November 2020.



XOX Bhd (“XOX” or “the Company”) wish to further announce that barring any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to the Conditional Movement Control Order which may be implemented by the Government, the Agreement is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2021.



This announcement is dated 17 November 2020.
