"Given that the current lead times for normal orders have stretched to more than 18 months, we believe that the elevated ASPs (average selling prices) can at least sustain until June 2021.
"Given that new capacity from the new entrants is only likely to start in 2H 2021, and existing players are already operating at utilisation rates of more than 95 per cent, the overall supply is still insufficient to meet with current demand," it said.

On top of the positive outlook for the coming OPEC+, there are more good news for OG. Many major OG companies are doing Capex cuts since the price of crude oil is too low to be profitable, meaning a reduction in exploration and production. '
In USA alone, 40+ oil rigs have been closed, and I quote Jefferey Currie, the global head of commodities at Goldman Sachs: the mothballed oil wells may fail to restart as quickly as the economy recovered from the “coronacrisis”, or at all, which could trigger “a very quick risk reversal towards oil shortages” and cause oil prices to more than double again by next year.

Businesses are resuming. Oil prices are recovering. And at this price this stock is a bargain. Market sentiment is also shifting away from gloves. Volume is there. Im aiming for TP 2. All aboard!

There is no reason Ancom will not perform well next quarter. Nylex already shot up and Ancom owns 48.95% of it. They will benefit from the demand of ethanol and sanitizers. They have a well-structured plan to tackle the problems theyre facing too, ie trimming down loss making business like Redberry, reducing dependency of raw materials from china, restructuring.
Watch Ancom's group director's interview with 12invest here and you decide.

I think Ancom's going in the direction and has been complimented by the rise of COVID-19 and im stocking up!
