OSKPROP has gone up a lot recently. Compare the EPS/PE/ROE/NAPS, conservatively say AMPROP should worth at least 1.70 to 2.00. If see the chart, it is just start picking up, hope the momentum can sustain.

My question 2 is after the announcement of redemption by Amprop, within the 30 days notification grace period, can holder of RCPS sell their share in open market? (If the share is 60cts > then redemption price of 50cts).
Think of it, who will buy it if Amprop wants to redeem with 50 cts? Sure share price tumbles...

I am more concern about question 1. If RCPS higher than 50 cts and Amprop wants to redeem it? Then what mechanism can protect RCPS holder?

The possibility of course is there but the chance is very slimmmm. Market is expecting an improved result. The point is how good it is? I hope the accumulative EPS for 12 months is higher than 30 cts.

Expensive or cheap is very subjective.

I think Amprop is generous enough. Usually company will issue RCPS or Right issue under subscription scheme to raise fund. Amprop did not ask money from share holder, and yet given RCPS for "free" in such arrangement. Don't forget you still have 4 years to exercise the RCPS.

To release the intrinsic value of a share, market needs "catalyst" to rationalize the raise in share price. RCPS is a "tool" for that too.

In Amprop case, the raise in price after the Bursa approval on RCPS is below expectation. My judge for the price will be around1.80 before ex date, in view of average PE ratio for property counter ranging from 8 ~ 12 times. This is backed by NAPS1.65 & Est EPS 20 cts.

1. If give dividend, after ex-date also will deduct (adjustment) share price. Same like RCPS.

2. RCPS also a dividend distribution scheme. You can redeem 1 RCPS for 50cts within 3 months. This means 1 ordinary share now you will enjoy 25cts dividend.

3. Yes, the main purpose of RCPS is to retain the profit for business use. In order not to encourage investor to redeem the 50cts, the share price ought to be above 1.00 after ex RCPS. Which means share price before ex RCPS technically should be at least 1.25.

4. If say after 1 year the mother share is 1.20.
2 RCPS redeem 1 ordinary share. (2 x 50 cts = 1.00 cost) can get extra 20cts gain. You are granted a 4 years period to exercise your RCPS to the best of your interest.

This is to my best understanding after studied the RCPS proposal. If I am wrong, please enlighten me.

Can someone share your ideas why major shareholders convert warrant to mother share, where if they sell off warrant and directly buy mother share is cheaper? What is the motive?

My opinion is other way of your opinion. For EPF, better drp under subscribe, then EPF sapu all. Later only push the price and profit taking. Epf needs to pay dividend to its members too.

Fundamentally good or no good. let see tomorrow financial report. If this stock is really good sure a lot of investor will buy in and invest. We got to be cautioned because some fundamental factors might already changed. Aeoncr also focus on personal loan and they are doing very well, and no to say MBSB's customers are mostly government servants and repayment of loan is directly deducted from salary and yet still have NPL close to 5%. Anything can happen in Bolehland......
