I had stopped completely buying any eggs from Lay Hong for many years, cannot remember since when.

10 years ago I used to spent circa RM1,000.00 a month at Starbucks
and I travel extensively through out Klang Valley, thats easily 60% of Malaysia economic activity.
I had been to many many Starbucks outlets.

Nowadays my spendings at Starbucks had reduced from 12K a year to at best a mere RM100.00 per year.
Today my first priority is Coffee Bean,
second choice is McCafe at McD.
McCafe offers Secret Recipe cakes at smaller size and smaller price point. Good Idea ! 😁

Zus and all the rest are distant third choice.

Starbucks is no longer under consideration.

Its only normal price volatility today.

I think a NP of 20% is good enough.
That will give Teoseng EPS of 14 sen per quarter or 56 sen per year.
