It depends on which type of investor you are.
PENERGY is a stable counter for dividend and suitable for long term investors. Not a popular counter with retail, funds and institution now. Has low trading volume. Has high dividend payout and might be growing. If you like to keep for long term, this will be more suitable for you.
Hibiscus and Dialog has higher trading volumes and more Funds and Institutional investors, price can soar up quick but will also drop quick. Dividend is rather low. If you like to trade, this counter is more suitable for you.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22): Amidst the ongoing selling wave impacting small-cap and penny stocks, selected brokers have expanded the buy suspension list, requiring cash upfront for any buy orders.

Three new counters have been added to the already extensive buy suspension list, including Imaspro Corp Bhd, Rapid Synergy Bhd, and Sarawak Cable Bhd.

Imaspro Corp and Rapid Synergy are two counters associated with prominent investor Datuk Dr Yu Kuan Chon. Notably, Rapid Synergy hit the limit down again on Monday shortly after the opening bell in the morning.

Meanwhile, Sarawak Cable, which has experienced a decline of 46.34% since the beginning of this year, was among the top active stocks on Bursa Malaysia on Monday, with approximately 22.94 million shares changing hands - more than twice its 200-day average volume of 8.6 million shares. Its shares closed five sen or 2.33% higher at 22 sen, marking the end of five consecutive days of losses.

According to a note to its clients seen by The Edge, an investment bank stated that the cash-upfront requirement would be imposed on any buy orders for the counters under the buy suspension list, applicable to both margin and non-margin accounts.

Other stocks already in the list include Artroniq Bhd, Mestron Holdings Bhd, Leform Bhd, Mercury Securities Bhd, Jentayu Sustainables Bhd, APB Resources Bhd, Widad Group Bhd, Pertama Digital Bhd, Tanco Holdings Bhd, Globetronics Technology Bhd, Dataprep Holdings Bhd, Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd and YNH Property Bhd.

Dato Ong dont buy.
I am a bigger dato is buying. I will buy everyday until rebound and stabilise above 0.20. You need need worry. I hv rm18 mil in margin acc. I can buy up to rm40 mil.

If need be, later on i will move my funds from FDs. But dont think we will come to that. Bcause this bad sentiment, dark cloud is temporary and will pass.

I already sold down 50% and by the time if I manage to sell at my TP of RM 1.50 then most likely the balance 33% is zero cost for me and I will keep this shares and see whether Insas can go up to stockraider TP of 3 and then leno TP of 6.

But if insas falls back to 85 sen I will buy again and ask for better dividend during AGM.

The reason I did not sell last time is because I do not know what to buy if I sold but nowsaday I am more confident on my stocks selection that give me better dividend and capital appreciation.

The best part is I can just keep spare cash in my trading account earning interest and at the same time opportunity to do my hit and run trading when opportunity present itself.
